Everyone want to be fit and have a good healthBut how you can be fit in the shortest time?

         Your diet must contains a natural food like vegtables and fruit and you should have 3 meals aday try to avoid fast food. Briefly try to make your life natural

        It is better to go gym but if you have No time you can train In your home. 


        First exercise is push ups : 5 sets, 10reps




         Second exercise is sit ups : 3 sets, 15 reps



          Last exercise is squats : 5 sets, 10 reps


  If you do this three easy exercises constantly You will notice the difference over the days.
