baki hanma (training)
Of course, everyone who loves anime knows Baki Hanma, the cartoon character, and he is one of the strongest anime characters that have appeared on TV and in manga.
Who is baki hanma
Baki hanma his character first appeared in the Japanese manga and on tv in 2001, his character is strong due to the treatment of his father, who began training for his son Baki at the age of three years old, so Baki at the age of thirteen was able to defeat 57 men on his own and then he grew up and increased his strength until he was able to approach His father, Yujiro Hanma, is the most powerful creature on earth.
The truth of having baki's body
There are a lot of people who think that this iron body of Baki Hanma no one can reach this level, so I collected l some exercises that I think are good and can reach this level.
Exercises :
There's three levels of training : beginner, advanced and baki hanma's level you should start from beginner level and When you feel that level exercises are easy for you, start the next level.
***Beginner level exercises :
1_ 25 reps, 4 sets ( push ups)
2_ 50 reps, 4 sets ( squats)
3_ 10 reps, 4 sets ( pull ups)
4_ 20 reps, 4 sets ( crunches)
Every day.
***Advanced level exercises :
1_ 20 reps, 5 sets ( one arm push ups)
2_ 15 reps, 5 sets ( wide grip push ups)
3_ 50 reps, 5 sets ( alt crunches)
4_ 30 reps, 5 sets ( leg raises)
Every day.
***baki's level exercises :
**(Warm ups) 500 push ups under 25 minutes.
1_ handstand push ups 10 reps, to failure
2_ pull ups 10 reps, to failure
3_ pistol squats 10 reps, to failure
4_ dragon fly. 5 reps, to failure
Every day.
If you make this excersices every day your body will be like baki's body.
